Important Processing Notes
Ease of Processing Your Work
Always provide your membership number, horse's registration number (if applicable) and your current postal address and postcode when sending in any work. This ensures that your work is processed efficiently.
For those of you wanting to come into the office and pay for your work in cash, please ensure that you have the correct money as we might not have adequate change in the office.
Please note all work is processed in order of receipt whether recieved via mail, fax or delivered.
Please allow 14 days for processing of work, except in the renewal period when returning to work may take over four weeks.
Payment Options
Payments can be made by cheque, credit card, money order or cash (correct amounts only). Please make cheques or money orders payable to Equestrian Victoria.
Equestrian Victoria provides credit card facilities for all transactions over $20. The facilities are limited and credit cards cannot be used over the phone. The appropriate form must be filled in and posted or faxed to 03 9974 0577. We are only able to accept Visa or Mastercard.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be offered in the event of operational error by the member of Equestrian Victoria. This does not apply to the member having a change of mind with regards to the membership status.
Refunds will only be given on transaction discrepancies over $40.
An admin fee of $25 will apply on al refunds.
