Renewing your membership with equnect
By now, most renewing members will have received an invoice from equnect that has a link to pay your membership.
When logging in you are required to provide a username and password.
For those members that have created their profiles before now, you will already have your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, please go to https://portal.equnect.com/Register/SitePages/PasswordReset.aspx and you will be sent a new password to the email address you used when creating your profile.
For those members that have not created a profile (as previously advised by your State Branches), the system has now created a profile for you based on the information EA had on our previous database.
Over the next day or two, you will be receiving an email from EA that will inform you of your username and password.
Please do not try to create a profile as the system already knows you and will not let you create another profile.
If you need to renew your membership before you receive the email about your username and password, please contact our helpdesk info@sp.equnect.com.
Once you have your username and password, please follow the link on your invoice to complete your payment.
