Smart Clix integrated spurs approved for 12-month trial
In line with the FEI's approval of a trial for Smart Clix integrated spurs, the ADC has also approved their use for a 12 month period from 1/7/12 to 30/6/13
The FEI has approved the attached spur – SmartClix integrated spur for all FEI sanctioned Dressage events (CDIs) initially for a trial period of one year, starting 1st July 2012. Please be aware that they have to fulfil the requirement to the shank as described in FEI Dressage Rules Article 427.3.
The ADC has also approved this spur for all EA events under the same conditions as the FEI i.e. 12 month trial from 1/7/12 to 30/6/13.
Only the vertical rowel is APPROVED.
The horizontal rowel is NOT APPROVED.
The vertical rowel spur, along with the blunt Smart Clix integrated spur, has been added to the APPROVED list of spurs for 12 months only and the horizontal spur has been added to the NOT APPROVED list on the Dressage Equipment Page.
