Entry Fees
$30 Members EEC (will be delegated a job)
$45 Non EEC Members
Non-members will be refunded $20 if able to help for a minimum of two hours.
Additional Fees: $10 per horse facility fee.
Late fee - entries received after close of entries may be accepted but will incur a $20 late fee

Prize Details
* Prizes for 1st and Championship for Horse and Pony (4 or more in class) Ponies will be amalgamated with horses where >4 in class
* Rosettes for Open and Pony sections - 5 starters, rosettes to 3rd place - up to 15 starters, rosettes to 5th place - more than 15 starters, rosettes to 8th place. 

* Large Rosettes for Champion and Reserve Champion in Horse and Pony Classes.
* Ribbons to 3rd for AOR
* Lauriston Park Young Rider Series   - Champion and Reserve Rosettes in all levels (must be 20 and under) and compete at both April 22nd and May 21st Competitions. Prize - Champions in all levels will win a private lesson with Chris Sievers 

Horseland Series Championship  - 

  • Round 1- April 22nd  and  Round 2 -  May 21st
  • Riders must compete both days with points awarded for each relevant test. 
  • Embroidered Woollen Rug and Rosette for Champion, Rosette for Reserve - Preliminary to Advanced

EV & HRCAV Dual Crown - 

  • Open to all riders who have dual EV and HRCAV membership
  • EV Round 1- April 22nd enter via www.equiscore.cloudentries.com.au 
  • HRCAV Round 2 - April 23rd. Goulburn Valley EC - Enter via Horsecomps.com
  • Riders must compete both days with points awarded for each relevant test. 
  • Prize and Rosette for Champion, Rosette for Reserve - Preliminary to Medium. Open to both horses and ponies

Other Details
* Catering will be available on grounds.
* Draw and results available at www.equiscore.com.au
* Book stables & camping through Elmore Equestrian Park www.elmoreequestrianpark.com.au
   Stable - $25 a night plus bedding
   Camping - $15 Day Yard Camping (Unpowered) / $20 Stable Camping (Powered)
* All dogs must be kept on leashes at all times.
*All manure must be picked up and disposed of in manure dump points
*Only horses entered in competition allowed to be ridden at the venue
* Bridle number must be displayed at all times when not in stable/yard
* Riders or representative must collect prizes on day or will forfeit prize/rosette
