Mid-year pro rata membership is now open, and it’s a great time to get involved. Please note, the mid-year discount will be automatically calculated and applied at the cart on the day you join.
We’re offering mid-year membership for all new members, and we’ve also waived the usual requirement for memberships to have lapsed for two years. This is a once-only opportunity.
If you’ve been thinking about re-joining, or if you’ve been considering joining for the first time, now is the perfect time.
This pro rata/mid-year membership is valid through to 30 June 2026 and gives you access to competitions, insurance cover, education opportunities and being part of our Victorian equestrian community for the remainder of the season.

Our Fees and Charges
We offer a range of membership options to suit different needs and budgets, ensuring that everyone can be part of our equestrian family. Have a look at our fees and charges and make an informed decision to embark on an exciting equestrian journey with us. We are also pleased to offer a special family discount at EV. If you have a minimum of 4 family members, you can all join and enjoy the benefits of membership at a discounted rate. Complete the Application for Family Discount Form along with a Membership Form for each participant and forward to the EV Office.
All set to join?
Once you've found the perfect Membership Category for you, joining is a breeze. Simply hop on over to EA JustGo Membership platform and sign up in just a few clicks. It's quick and easy! In case online joining isn't an option for you, no worries. You can simply download a membership form. Fill it out at your own pace and send it back to us (minus the Fees and Charges page). We'll take care of the rest!
Ready to compete?
After joining us, if you're ready to compete, there are a couple of important steps to take. First, make sure you have your COMPETITION LICENCE sorted. In addition, you will need to REGISTER YOUR HORSE for competition. You will also need to have your HELMET TAGGED.
