MEDIA ACCREDITATION

Equestrian Victoria recognises the important role played by the media and their photographers in promoting equestrian sports and is supportive of the role that commercial photographers play in supporting participants in equestrian sports.

All Commercial Photographers applying for Media Accrediation should be familiar with the Media Accreditation Policy.

APPLYING FOR ACCREDITATION

To attend an Equestrian Victoria run event in a media capacity you must be recognised as an EV accredited media representative. By completing and submitting the online application below for accreditation as a Media and/or Commercial Photographer, you agree to be bound by the EV Media Policy, and to ensure that all photographs taken as a result of the grant of the Media/Commercial Photographer’s Pass will be used strictly for the legitimate editorial or commercial purposes of the organisation for which they are accredited.

MEDIA EVENT ATTENDANCE

Attendance at events as EV Accredited Media is subject to the approval and discretion of each respective Event Director and/or the EV CEO. Note that the approval of attendance of photographers for EV affiliated events, e.g. Horse Trials, is at the discretion of the individual Organising Committee who are advised to adhere to EV guidelines regarding accreditation.
