(Winter  Series: Preliminary, Novice, Elementary and Medium & Advanced Levels. Sash & Trophy for the winner of each Level)

FEES AND PRIZES

Entry Fees:

• EA and Young Horse Tests – Club Members - $34.00
• Non Members - $46.00
• FEI Tests – Club Members - $39.00 
• Non  Members -$56.00 
• Participation Classes: - $20.00 per test

For Participation Classes:

1. Riders must be a financial member of either EV, Pony Club or HRCAV
2. Horses do not have to be EV Registered.  
3. Club Membership details must be shown at check in.  
4. Bridle number not required. You will be assigned one by the OC.
5. Jackets not required, Club Uniform permitted

Late Entries: 

• After closing date 50% surcharge on Entry Fees
• After draw posted 100% surcharge on Entry Fees 

Additional Fees:

• WPNEC Facility Fee - $16.00 per horse per day 

Prize Details: 

• Horse Classes – Rosettes to 6th place for each test
• Pony Classes - Rosettes to 2nd place for each test 

Other Details:

• Entries accepted via Equiscore Cloud Entry or Official Entry Form. (email or post)
• Credit card payments not accepted, direct deposit may be made.  
• Competitors must wear safety helmets at all times when riding 
• Refunds (scratching) as per EV Policy
  Refunds (cancelled event) – If a Club Competition is cancelled for any reason, the following will apply:
  Entry Fees 25% retained by the Club 75% returned to the Competitor 
  Ancillary Fees 100% returned to the Competitor 
• DRAW - Will be posted on VDC and EV Websites and Facebook
