1A and 1B, 2A and 2B, 3A and 3B, 4A and 4B, 5A and 5B, PSG

Tests – Restricted:
1A and 1B, 2A and 2B  (must be members of MRDC, do not need to be EA members)

FEI Tests: On request

Entry Fees:  

All tests:         MRDC Members $35 per test (includes EV Dressage Levy)

Non Members: $50.00 per test (includes EV Dressage Levy)

Additional Fees: 

Facility fee:  $10 per horse.

Late entry fee:  Late entries may be accepted at discretion of the Event Secretary and will incur a fee of $20 per horse.  Late entries received without the late entry fee will not be included in the draw. 

Prize Details:  

• Prize for Level Champions/Reserve Champions
• Rosettes for test placings and sashes for AOR in accordance with EA Rules.  
• Where number of pony entries per class exceed 5, separate test Rosettes will be awarded.

Other Details and requirements aimed at making our event enjoyable for all:

• All weather sand arenas and warm up area.  Arena surfaces have recently been upgraded. 
• Catering will be available, including scrummy coffee van
• Day yards available – please remove manure before you leave.
• Only horses entered in the competition may be ridden at the venue. 
• Approved safety helmets must be worn by all riders while mounted.
• The draw will be emailed to each rider and will also be available on the Event Secretary Website and Facebook page, and the MRDC website. 
• Refunds in accordance with the EV policy. Except that Medical or Veterinary Certificates may be received by Event Secretary within 7 days of the event.  An admin fee will be retained.
• If for any reason this event is cancelled, refunds will be provided less a $20 administration fee. 
• This venue is a private farming property.  We need you to please leave your dogs at home. 
• The Cross-country course is strictly out of bounds during this event.
• Vehicles to be parked in designated areas only.
• Macedon Ranges Dressage Club accepts no liability for accidents, damage, injury, illness or loss to any person, horse or property during this event.
