AOR Squad
The AOR Squad is designed to offer structured training opportunities to AOR dressage riders throughout our State and to integrate with the Senior and Development Squad activities
The Aims of the AOR Squad are to:
- Provide a platform for riders to access top quality instruction
- Provide a holistic approach to the athlete’s competition preparation by delivery complimentary education in all facets of the sport including horse management, ASADA, media and psychology
- Develop a sense of camaraderie and professionalism in the Victorian dressage community
