Meet Emma Sampson

As a young girl living in Singapore, the closest thing I had to pony was a Schleich plastic horse. At six, my family and I moved back to Australia to our farm in the Yarra Valley, and I received the best present ever - a little grey pony. It wasn't long until I was signed up for Pony Club. My love was cross-country, although it took me a few years to realize it wasn't about who could finish the course in the fastest time. Luckily for me, that little grey pony loved the adrenaline rush as much as I did and still do today, on a horse now double the size.

I am still an active pony club member, but spend most of my time doing EA events, now competing 2*.  I am an EV Young Rider in the Eventing Squad and recently won Tintern Interschools 2* Horse Trials.
