NOTICE OF EQUESTRIAN VICTORIA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) 7:30 pm | 15 NOVEMBER 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Equestrian Federation of Australia - Victoria Branch Inc. will be held online via Teams on 15 November 2023 at 7:30 pm (AEDT).

ATTENDING THE AGM
All eligible voting members need to register to attend the AGM using Teams. Please register using the link below.
You will then receive a confirmation email with the meeting details, including a link to JOIN THE EVENT. Note that you may need to install Microsoft Teams onto your device if you do not have it already installed. https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/microsoft-teams/download-app
Registration must be completed by 14 November, 5:00 pm.
VOTING
Voting will take place using Election Buddy. On 1 November, all members registered for the AGM will receive an email with instructions on registering for Election Buddy and using the system to vote. The voting will close on 13 Nov 2023 at 6:00 pm.
Please check your email, including in 'Junk', 'Spam' or 'Other' if you cannot find either the registration confirmation or the Election Buddy email in your Inbox.
If you do not receive either email, contact the Equestrian Victoria office via email: [email protected] prior to the meeting date.

The Affiliate Voting and Proxy Form, available below, must be completed and received by the Chief Executive Officer, Amy Slayter, by email at [email protected] or by post to PO Box 616, Werribee, VIC 3030 no later than 7.30 pm, 7 November 2022.

Three (3) nominations have been received for two (2) vacant positions from the following people:

In accordance with clause 27(d) of the Constitution, as the number of nominations received is greater than the number of vacancies, a ballot shall be held at the Annual General Meeting. The ballot will be conducted online via ElectionBuddy. Instructions will be provided to registered attendees. Note: Voting for Elected Directors will not be conducted online. Please see the information for AFFILIATES above.
