Event Organisers

It is a requirement for all OCs to provide event information as early as possible prior to their event.

We have tried to make it as painless and simple as possible by developing an electronic on-line form that can be completed and submitted by the event OC at least 10 days before the start of their event.

As a start, the information you need to provide to us before your event:

For linking on the live calendar and to use for your entry provider. Tells riders all they need to know about your event.
