EV AGM

Dear Equestrian Victoria Members and Affiliates,

We wish to inform you that the Equestrian Victoria AGM is scheduled for 15 November 2023 at 7:30 pm. The meeting will take place via a TEAMS Video Conference.

The official notice of meeting will be sent by 22 September 2023 and will include:

• Notice of Motion Form - responses will be due 16 October 2023, 7:00 pm
• Board Nomination Criteria
• Board Nomination Form – responses will be due 15 Oct 2023, 7:00 pm

Affiliates will also receive a Proxy form at this time, which will need to be returned by 13 November 2023.
