FEES AND PRIZES

Entry Fees:

• $30 Members EEC (will be delegated a job) $45 Non EEC Members
• Non-members will be refunded $20 if able to help for a minimum of two hours.

Additional Fees:

• $10 per horse Facility Fee 
• Late fee - entries received after close of entries may be accepted but will incur a $2

Prize Details: 

• Prizes for 1st and Championship for Horse and Pony (5 or more in class)
• Ponies will be amalgamated with horses where <5 in class
• Rosettes for Open and Pony sections - 5 starters, rosettes to 3rd place - up to 15 starters, rosettes to 5th place - more than 15 starters, rosettes to 8th place.
• Ribbons to 3rd for AOR Rosettes for Champion and Reserve Champion in Horse and Pony Classes *

OTHER DETAILS

• Catering will be available on grounds. 
• Draw and results available at eventsecretary.com.au/equestrian 
• Book stables & camping through Elmore Equestrian Park www.elmoreequestrianpark.com.au 
• Stable - $25 a night plus bedding 
• Camping - $15 Day Yard Camping (Unpowered) / $20 Stable Camping (Powered) 
• All dogs must be kept on leashes at all times. 
• All manure must be picked up and disposed of in manure dump points 
• Only horses entered in competition allowed to be ridden at the venue 
• Bridle number must be displayed at all times when not in stable/yard 
• Riders or representative must collect prizes on day or will forfeit prize/rosette. 
• All refunds are subject to a $10 per test administration fee. 
• There shall be no refunds after (Closing Date) unless notified prior to ride time to [email protected] and a valid veterinary or doctor's medical certificate is provided within 7 days of notification of scratching.
